Raw Walnut Pâté


Special Menu: LOW HEAT

Nutty Raw Walnut Pâté
1 c walnuts
1/4 c sunflower seeds
1/4 c shredded carrots
1/4 c chopped celery
1/2 red pepper
1 clove garlic
1/4 c chopped pickles (squeeze as much juice out as you can)
3 basil leaves
small squeeze of lemon juice (you don’t want the mix to get too wet)
salt to taste

whir all in a food processor, adding lemon juice last to reach desired consistency. If you want to use as a spread/dip it can be thinner, if you want it to hold its shape, use a little less.
