Portobello Steak Strips

Difficulty: MEDIUM

“Steak” Marinade
3 large Portobello mushrooms
2 T balsamic vinegar
1/4 t dried thyme
pinch smoked paprika
1 clove garlic, minced
1 T A1 Sauce
1/4 t black pepper

wash and slice mushrooms and toss everything in a freezer bag to marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Saute over high heat, adding more marinade if needed until juicy and cooked through.
